This section describes the search parameters for the correspondence overview.

Search Parameters Document Name

The field "Document name" can be used to reduce the hit list to entries whose file name corresponds to the search parameter.

Search parameter status

The field "Status" can be used to reduce the hit list to entries whose status corresponds to the search parameter.

Search parameter order date

The field "Order date" can be used to reduce the hit list to entries that were created in the period specified in this parameter.

Search parameter Processing parameter

The field "Processing parameters" can be used to reduce the hit list to entries that correspond to the options specified in this parameter. The processing parameters are technical parameters for physical processing.

View parameter Lines

The lines display can be used to set how many correspondence entries are to be displayed.

Search parameters Reset function

The "Reset Filter" button resets all search criteria to the default.
