These functions are only available for correspondence that has not yet been processed.

 Copy certificate

The "Copy certificate" action can be used to copy the registered Sending-ID for a registered mailing item so that it can be inserted in DP's tracking portal.

  Edit action

The print properties of a correspondence can be edited via the Edit action. If no print properties are yet available for the correspondence, they can be added with the Edit action.

 Delete Action

The correspondence can be deleted via the Edit action.
