1. Change the format in which the documents are to be saved in the File name field in the profile settings (see Setting automatic saving, steps 1 - 3). 

To do this, click on the button :"</>".

2.  For better recognition, select the following format as the file name:

<DateTime:dd.MM.yyyy HH_mm_ss><Documentname>.pdf 

3.  To save the settings, click on "Save" at the bottom.
