1. Open the print dialogue in the respective programme and select CIB pdf brewer (3) as printer. 

Tip:  You can set this as the default printer in the system control.

2. Click on Print and the preview window opens with the document to be sent.

 

3. Before sending, you can set individual print options, add further correspondence or enclosures as required. 

4. You can check the document in the window on the right. 

5. When you are finished, you can send the letter to the DATEV Digital & Print Solution Center by clicking the Send button.
