Retrieves the version of the CIB pdf toolbox 2 as a text string.

Parameter:

Type	Variable	Meaning
char*	value	Buffer to which the version string should be written to
size_t	maxLength	Length of the provided buffer.

The function returns 0 on success, otherwise an error code.
