The --keep-refs-if-in-list parameter can be used to set the keep switch externally for the specified fields.

Syntax

--keep-refs-if-in-list=<Variable>|<Variable-List>
<Variable-List>=<Varable>;<Varable>;…

Description

The --keep-refs-if-in-list parameter can be used to pass a single or a list of fields to the CIB merge for which a keep switch is to be set. These REF fields are left in the merged document, a possible variable value is stored in the fieldresult. If a REF field occurs more than once in an RTF, all of them are retained in the output.

Keep switches for these fields already contained in the RTF are not affected and have priority.
