Visualisation of the project structure:

The log lists all relevant events within a projects. The following events are displayed:

• New document uploaded
• Document edited
• End user has viewed a document
• Document accepted/document rejected
• Project marked for acceptance/marked for editing

Each folder can use different properties and contents. The following functions and options are available for this purpose:

•  new folder - adds a new subfolder to the folder. 

This function is only available if the folder is marked as expandable and has this property  in the business case template.

•  New document slot is added. 

This function is available for a folder if the folder is marked as expandable and has this property   in the business case template.

•   File upload - is used to upload files in the folder or document slot. 

This function is available for a folder if the folder is dynamically  expandable and has this property  in the business case template.

•  Rename the project
  

•   Duplicate a folder - the folder or document slot is duplicated via the button. When duplicating, the document slot of the folder is duplicated with all contents and the complete structure. 

This function is available for a folder if the folder can be duplicated and has this property in the project template.
