Nutzung der Dokumentenaustauschplattform

 Within the platform there are three user roles:
  • Administrator
  • Professional User
  • End User
  • Data Admin

Administrator 

The Administrator is responsible for managing the project templates within the document exchange platform. 



Professional User 
The Professional User works for the company that uses the document exchange platform with their customers. His/her role includes the contact with one or more End Users. He/She makes the documents available to them through the different projects, checks them, approves or rejects them and closes them if necessary. He/She can also create, modify or delete user roles.

End User
The End User is usually related to a Professional User and exchanges digital information with him/her. He/She works on the projects assigned to him/her and can assign not restricted business transactions to himself/herself.


Data Admin - a user who can export all data via download from the portal.

The Data Admin is a separate role to download the complete inventory so that the data can be backed up by the operator.
