Additional OptionsSearch Tasks
If you have many open tasks in your task list, you can search for specific tasks using the search feature. The list will then be filtered based on the search results.Sort Tasks
Below the search field, you can sort the task list by the following options on the left:- Created On
- Due Date
- Follow-up Date
- Task Name
- Assignee
- Priority
The list can then be sorted in ascending or descending order using the arrow.
On the right side, below the search field, there is also a filter icon. Here you can set it to display only tasks that have a follow-up date or a due date.
Set Follow-up and Due Dates
Each task listed has two icons for follow-up and due dates in the upper right corner. These are initially shown only when you hover the mouse over them. If you click on the first icon, a date input field opens. Here, you can select a follow-up date and confirm it by clicking the Set Follow-up Date button. Now, the follow-up icon will be displayed in gray on the task card.
Similarly, you can set a due date.
Once the due date is 2 days in the future, it will be highlighted in yellow. If the due date is the same as the current date, it will be highlighted in red.
Using the previously mentioned sorting options, you can now arrange the task list so that tasks with a due date or follow-up date appear at the top or bottom of the list. Through the filter function, you can restrict the view to tasks that have a follow-up date or due date.
